Living Breeze
I first joined Breeze Motor Group as a Temporary Host, with a two-week contract. The initial warm welcome I received, and sense of community made me feel right at home.
After a few days I was offered a full time Host position and jumped at the chance. Fast forward five months, a Group Marketing Assistant position became available. I applied and, with no experience but a passion for marketing, I was over the moon to be accepted.
Since then, I have been involved in projects I never thought I would be able to achieve and, recently, passed my CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing! From encouraging me to apply, to the funding, and allowing time for me to attend online lessons, the Breeze team has been 100% supportive and I couldn’t have done it without them.

My time at Breeze as an apprentice has been a fantastic journey. From starting off as a trainee, who knew virtually nothing of the trade but ready to learn, to Junior Accountant, and now a well-established and trusted part of the team as a qualified Accountant.
All through my apprenticeship, I was supported by not only my managers but many friendly colleagues from across the business. They kept me motivated to strive for the best and achieve my qualifications, and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with.

I’m starting my 3rd year with Breeze. Due to Covid, I am behind on my training at the Volkswagen NLC (National Learning Centre), but they are doing their upmost to catch me up to finish my apprenticeship this year. Everyone at the NLC are very supportive and have a wide range of knowledge to help me have a better understanding of how vehicles work. Also meeting other apprentices from across the country has enabled me to make friends with them.
The people I work with within Breeze are great. They are all supportive in helping me develop my skills and knowledge. Being part of the Breeze group is great, with the company expanding and everyone getting along.

I started my journey at Breeze as an apprentice 4 years ago and have recently completed my AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting.

I’ve been within the Breeze group for a just under eight years in total starting as a part time Valeter at the age of sixteen whilst finishing school. I took a short hiatus whilst I went to university, and I was welcomed back with open arms when I decided that the motor industry was the career I wanted.
Breeze have valued my progression throughout my career, and supported me by providing relevant stepping stones to get to a position I want to be in. There’s always been plenty of opportunity for growth, most recently being invited to join the team at our exciting new Suzuki franchise.
